LooveBeauty Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About LooveBeauty
LooveBeauty is a home-based nail salon offering professional nail services including gel polish, BIAB, acrylics, hard gel, nail art, and pedicures.
1. Booking Policy
Website Bookings Only
All appointments must be booked through our website: www.loovebeauty.com.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The deposit amount will vary depending on the service booked.
Your appointment is only confirmed when:
- The required deposit has been paid in full, and
- You receive a full email confirmation from LooveBeauty.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, your appointment is not booked.
Deposits are deducted from the final appointment total.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
LooveBeauty does not offer appointment cancellations.
Appointments may only be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If enough notice is given, the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.
Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will lose the deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook.
Failure to attend an appointment will result in loss of the deposit and may lead to refusal of future bookings or removal from the client list.
Salon Cancellations
In rare situations, LooveBeauty may need to cancel or move an appointment due to illness, emergencies, or unexpected events. If this happens, clients will be contacted as soon as possible and offered a new appointment.
2. Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled.
If you arrive late, LooveBeauty may:
- Complete the service in the remaining time
- Shorten the service
- Reschedule the appointment
- Refuse the appointment
3. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the end of the appointment.
We accept:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Card payments
4. Age Restrictions
Clients aged 14–16 must attend with a parent or guardian present during the appointment.
Nail extensions are not provided to clients under 15 years old.
5. Health & Hygiene
LooveBeauty may refuse treatment if a condition could affect health, safety, or hygiene.
Clients must inform LooveBeauty before the appointment about:
- Fungal infections
- Warts
- Open wounds
- Contagious conditions
- Allergies or sensitivities
6. Allergy Policy
Clients must tell us about any known allergies before treatment.
Although we use high-quality products and follow safe practices:
- Allergic reactions can happen at any time
- We cannot guarantee products are allergy-free
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products or services
If clients bring their own products, LooveBeauty accepts no responsibility for reactions or damage caused by those products.
If a reaction happens, we offer free removal of the product and recommend seeking medical advice.
Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.
7. Service Refusal
LooveBeauty may refuse or stop a service if:
- The treatment may damage the natural nail
- The requested service is unsuitable
- Health or safety concerns arise
- The client behaves inappropriately
- The client has previously failed to accept or follow the Terms & Conditions
- The client has a history of missed appointments, no-shows, or repeated late rescheduling
8. Appointment Timing
LooveBeauty cannot guarantee appointments will finish at a specific time and is not responsible for missed commitments caused by appointment delays.
Complex nail art or detailed designs must be discussed before the appointment.
Last-minute design changes may not be possible due to time limits.
Appointment times can vary depending on:
- Nail condition
- Design complexity
- Extra services
- Repairs or adjustments
9. Repairs & Maintenance
Nail Maintenance
Nail extensions and gel nails should normally be infilled or replaced every 3-4 weeks.
Overdue infills may increase the risk of lifting, damage, fungal infections, or bacterial infections.
Pedicures
Toenail treatments and spa pedicures are recommended every 6–8 weeks.
Hard skin naturally returns over time and is not a reason for refunds. Daily foot cream is recommended for maintenance.
Free Repairs
Broken nails, chips, or design issues may be repaired free of charge within 14 days of the original appointment.
Damage caused by accidents, biting, picking, poor aftercare, or misuse is not covered.
10. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are non-refundable.
Satisfaction
Please check your nails before leaving the salon.
If adjustments are needed, they must be requested during the appointment.
Once you leave the salon, refunds will not be given for dissatisfaction.
11. Photography & Marketing
With your permission, LooveBeauty may take photos or videos of your nails during your appointment.
You can refuse photography at any time.
If you give permission:
- The images become the property of LooveBeauty
- Images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
This may include:
- Social media
- Website content
- Advertising
- Portfolios
- Online shops
12. Gift Vouchers
Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
Usage
Gift vouchers can be used towards services at LooveBeauty.
Remaining balances may be used on future appointments.
Limitations
Gift vouchers:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Are non-refundable
- Will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
- Physical gift vouchers are only valid when presented in person at the appointment and will be collected by LooveBeauty
13. Behaviour Policy
LooveBeauty expects respectful behaviour from all clients.
Aggressive, rude, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in:
- Immediate cancellation of the appointment
- Refusal of future bookings
Because the salon is based in a residential building, clients must:
- Keep noise to a minimum
- Avoid disturbing neighbours
- Not knock on other doors in the building
- Not sit or wait on the stairs
- Leave promptly after appointments
14. Children & Guests
Clients are encouraged to attend appointments alone.
Clients bringing children or guests do so at their own risk.
LooveBeauty does not provide childcare or supervision.
LooveBeauty is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage involving children or guests.
Clients are fully responsible for:
- Supervision
- Safety
- Behaviour
15. Working Environment
LooveBeauty is a home-based salon operated by a working parent.
Children may occasionally be present during appointments. We appreciate your understanding.
16. Parking Disclaimer
Street parking is available nearby.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
Clients are responsible for:
- Finding legal parking
- Following parking rules
LooveBeauty is not responsible for:
- Parking fines
- Theft
- Vehicle damage
- Accidents involving parked vehicles
17. Access to Premises
The salon is located in a building with multiple flights of stairs and no lift access.
Clients must ensure they are physically able to safely access the property.
The salon is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for clients with mobility difficulties.
LooveBeauty is not responsible for slips, falls, injuries, or accidents related to stair access.
18. Complaints & Resolution
LooveBeauty will always try to resolve complaints fairly and professionally.
Clients should raise any concerns directly with the salon as soon as possible.

By booking an appointment with LooveBeauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
